Our head chef, M A Qureshi has over 30 years experience in the field of Indian Cuisine and it is his passion. Mr Qureshi had been Master Chef at the 120 seater, Indian speciality restaurant, Baluchi at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in Delhi, India, for over a decade.

Mr Qureshi has been playing with flavours since he was a child of six. His forefathers have been in the service of Maharajahs and Nawabs, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

A foodie who loves to cook even when at home, he has co-authored a book, 'The Great Indian Cookbook', and has taken part in various Indian Food Festivals held around the globe.
